Dekho Redlining
Using the Redline tools, you can annotate the map with symbols, lines, and text. Redlines can be saved (public or private), and printed. The Redline toolbar contains buttons to create (from left to right) symbols, lines, circles, rectangles, polygons, callouts, text, delete one, and delete all.

This map shows the Redline toolbar enabled. The map has had many graphical elements added, including text, lines, circle, a point feature, and a simple north point (By adding a point and defining the relevant font and symbol).
