ArcFM Fiber Manager
Fiber Manager is designed to allow editors to quickly and intuitively create, connect, and manage fiber optic systems within a GIS. The solution comes with an integrated toolset that provides users with editing, connectivity, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
The Fiber Manager Connection Manager supports:
- Splices between individual fibers in a splice enclosure
- Connections to the back of patch panel ports
- Jumper connections between ports on patch panels
- Connections to ports on optical devices such as media converters and routers
- Splices or connections to FTTH/FTTX splitters in the field
Connectivity reports available include:
- Splice Report
- Splice Schematic
- Patch Panel Connectivity Report
- Connectivity Report
- Circuit Report
- OTDR Trace Report
Analysis tools available include:
- Circuit Manager: Allows for the defining and management of connected optical circuits in the network
- OTDR Outage Trace: Traces the path from a port on a circuit to the specified distance in the system
- Fiber Path Trace: Traces the connected fibers, splices, and ports Single and Multi-Mode Fiber Availability Trace
- Fiber Availability by Owner Trace
