Fiber Manager is designed to allow editors to quickly and intuitively create, connect, and manage fiber optic systems within a GIS. The solution comes with an integrated toolset that provides users with editing, connectivity, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

The Fiber Manager Connection Manager supports:

• Splices between individual fibers in a splice enclosure
• Connections to the back of patch panel ports
• Jumper connections between ports on patch panels
• Connections to ports on optical devices such as media converters and routers
• Splices or connections to FTTH/FTTX splitters in the field

Analysis tools available include:

• Circuit Manager: Allows for the defining and management of connected optical circuits in the network
• OTDR Outage Trace: Traces the path from a port on a circuit to the specified distance in the system
• Fiber Path Trace: Traces the connected fibers, splices, and ports Single and Multi-Mode Fiber Availability Trace
• Fiber Availability by Owner Trace
