Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstacts submitted for consideration for OZRI / APUC 2010 must;

> Utilise ESRI or ESRI Australia technology
> Must be a current ESRI Australia client, Business Partner, fellow ESRI Distributor or client of fellow ESRI Distributor
> Demonstrate relevance and alignment to the overall theme of the conference
> All abstracts and presentations must be in English

All abstracts will be considered against specific criteria and reviewed by a panel.

Cancellation Policy
ESRI Australia reserves the right to change the venue, the event duration and, if due to exceptional circumstances, cancel the event and will attempt to provide the best possible notification.

Confirmation
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing via email or post with confirmation of your registration details. Please check this information for accuracy and notify ESRI Australia of any amendments in writing to ozri@esriaustralia.com.au.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that, when registering for the Conference if you are required to book travel arrangements please look into a travel insurance policy, as this will cover any loss, medical cover etc. ESRI Australia and the Conference Secretariat do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.

Privacy
By completing the registration form your details will be added to ESRI Australia's email and mailing database. It is also intended to provide a delegate list to selected Conference sponsors. If you do not wish for your details to be included in the list, or placed on our mailing list, please indicate your preference in the registration form.

Registration Restrictions
The conference is only open to ESRI Australia clients, and ESRI Australia reserves the right to decline registrations.
