Early Bird Registration*

Get in early and register prior to 29 January 2010 and save $200 on your registration.   Registration includes admission to all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, Welcome and Farewell Functions, Conference Dinner and OZRI / APUC 2010 pack with final program and entrance to the exhibition area.

Full Registration*

Registration includes admission to all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, Welcome and Farewell Functions, Conference Dinner and OZRI / APUC 2010 pack with final program and entrance to the exhibition area. 

*Conditions Apply.  This registration rate is applicable from 30 January 2010.

Group Registrations*

Registration includes admission to all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, Welcome and Farewell Functions, Conference Dinner and OZRI/APUC 2010 pack with final program and entrance to the exhibition area for each delegate registered as a group.  Group registrations must be received at the same time to be eligible for the group discount.  Each delegate must fill in a separate registration form which can be faxed or emailed to the conference organisers.

SSSI Young Professionals Registration*

This registration category is only applicable to SSSI Young Professional members only, and membership proof must accompany registration.  SSSI Young Professionals registration includes all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Welcome and Farewell functions, Conference Dinner and OZRI pack with final program and entry to the exhibition area.

Presenter Registration*

To receive this discounted rate, you must present a paper at the conference and your name must be published in the conference handbook.  The registration includes all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Welcome and Farewell functions, Conference Dinner and OZRI / APUC 2010 pack with final program and entry to the exhibition area.

ESRI Australia reserves the right to charge the full registration fee if you do not present a paper at OZRI / APUC 2010.  There are no exceptions or exemptions available. 

Day Registration*

Registration includes admission to all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch (all on the nominated day only) and OZRI / APUC 2010 pack with final program and entrance to the exhibition area.

Day 1 ? Thursday, 4 March 2010

  • Includes one ticket to the Conference Dinner

Day 2 ? Friday, 5 March 2010

  • Includes one ticket to the Farewell function

Business Partner Registration*

Registration includes all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Welcome and Farewell functions, Conference Dinner and OZRI / APUC 2010 pack with final program and entry to the exhibition area.

Preconference Workshops*

This registration category is applicable for delegates wanting to attend one of the workshops being held prior to the conference on Wednesday 3 March 2010.  Registration for the workshops is separate to the conference registration.  The workshop will be led by an ESRI Australia representative for 3 hours. 

Training Courses*

System Architecture Design Strategies
Registration for this 3 day training course is limited; you must register early to avoid disappointment.  The training course will be held within walking distance of the conference venue.  Minimum numbers are required for this course to run, so do not book your travel or accommodation until you have received confirmation that the course will be run.  Payment for the training course will not be taken until the course has been confirmed.

Social Functions

The conference includes a number of social functions* which include the Welcome and Farewell Functions, plus the Conference Dinner. 

  • Welcome Function - Wednesday, 3 March 2010 from 6pm - 8pm
  • Conference Dinner - Thursday, 4 March 2010 from 7pm- 11pm
  • Farewell Function - Friday, 5 March 2010 from 4:45pm - 5:45pm
