Overview (3 day course)
This course provides an overview of GIS infrastructure architecture alternatives and system architecture design strategies required to support successful enterprise operations. You will learn comprehensive guidelines for planning and selecting the right system architecture to support your deployment needs. This course also covers unique performance validation and system capacity planning techniques used to support productive operations.  Registration for this course can be arranged via the OZRI / APUC 2010 online registration form.

Who should attend?
This course is designed for senior architecture consultants and software technical architects who will benefit from the GIS design methodology presented. GIS managers and programmers who need to understand system architecture and hardware capacity planning criteria, and system administrators who need to understand and identify performance problems with existing GIS environments will also benefit.

Course Instructor
Dave Peters joined ESRI as manager of the systems integration department, responsible for turnkey system deployments.
